The Zoeller Model 4404 is part of the Waste‑Mate® 400‑series submersible sewage pumps, designed for high‑flow sewage handling, 3″ solids passage, and demanding commercial or residential wastewater applications. Its vortex impeller design allows debris‑laden wastewater to move freely through the pump without clogging, making it ideal for raw sewage, lift stations, and other solid‑heavy environments. With the ability to reach 33 feet of head and 300 GPM.

Engineered with a durable cast‑iron motor housing and pump housing, the Model 4404 is built for long service life in corrosive sewage conditions. Its oil‑filled motor provides superior heat dissipation, enabling the pump to maintain optimal operating temperature during extended operation or high‑demand cycles.

The 4404 is available in both automatic and nonautomatic versions, offering installation flexibility across simplex and duplex sewage systems. Automatic models include a dependable built in wide angle float, while nonautomatic units integrate easily with external floats or panel‑based controls—ideal for engineered wastewater systems.

For environments requiring additional motor protection, the Model 4404 is offered in double‑seal configurations, adding an upper mechanical seal that acts as a secondary safeguard against seal failure.
