The Model 57 is a rugged, cast‑iron submersible sump pump engineered for long‑term reliability in both residential and light commercial installations. Built on the proven Mighty‑Mate® platform, the Model 57 features an upgraded cast‑iron base and impeller, giving it added durability over standard configurations and making it an excellent choice for demanding environments.

Powered by a 3/10 HP shaded‑pole motor with oil‑filled cooling and thermal overload protection, this pump is designed for continuous, worry‑free operation. Its non‑clogging vortex impeller handles up to 1/2‑inch spherical solids, ensuring dependable performance even when debris is present.

Available in both automatic and non‑automatic versions, the Model 57 adapts easily to varied installation needs.   • Pump Type Options: Automatic: Includes a preset on/off float switch for consistent runtime. Nonautomatic: Requires a piggyback float switch or control panel for on/off level control.

  • Float Guard: Protects the float mechanism from interference (if applicable)
