At the heart of the 803 family is Zoeller’s Tri‑Slice® grinder system, featuring a hardened stainless‑steel cutter and disc that use a scissor‑style cutting action to efficiently shred household sewage and common “flushable” materials. This design minimizes binding and roping, reducing the risk of clogs while producing a fine slurry that moves easily through small‑diameter pressure sewer piping.
