The Model 165 high head effluent pump is engineered for performance in demanding residential and commercial wastewater environments, including onsite septic systems, pressure dose networks, and enhanced flow STEP applications. Its durable cast iron construction and corrosion resistant components ensure long lasting operation.

Powered by a 1 HP oil-filled permanent split capacitor or 3 phase motor, offering excellent thermal dissipation during extended duration pumping cycles. This oil filled design helps maintain motor temperature stability and extends operational life. The pump features a non clogging cast iron vortex impeller capable of passing 3/4 inch spherical solids, reducing downtime caused by blockages.

The Model 165 is available in automatic and nonautomatic configurations, providing installation flexibility for a wide array of effluent system designs. Automatic models include preset on/off float levels for precise dosing, while nonautomatic units can be paired with external float controls or control panels to accommodate custom pump cycling requirements. Automatic models are not suitable for septic tank effluent.

Delivering up to 86.5 feet of head and 61 gallons per minute, the Model 165 provides the high pressure capability needed for LPP and long run effluent lines. Every unit is 100% factory tested to its published performance curve and protected by Zoeller’s limited warranty, ensuring confidence in installation and for years of service.
