Model 942 Oil Guard® Separator

The Model 942 Oil Guard® Separator System is designed for hydraulic elevator sumps that require the controlled removal of both water and oil. Product Details

The Model 942 Oil Guard® Separator System is a complete single-pump solution for hydraulic elevator sump applications. During normal operation, the system removes water to the designated discharge area. When oil is detected, the integrated controls operate dedicated solenoid valves to divert the oil to a separate containment tank, helping prevent contamination of the waste stream. The system is designed to support compliance with ASME A17.1 and applicable local elevator and environmental codes.

The Model 942 combines a durable cast iron submersible pump with a Liquid Smart® control panel, Oil Smart® containment-tank alarm, and normally open and normally closed solenoid valves. Available pump configurations range from 0.5 to 1.5 HP and 115 to 230 V, single phase. The oil-filled motor housing optimizes heat dissipation for dependable operation, and every pump is 100% factory tested.
