Its heavy‑duty cast‑iron housing and engineered plastic base offer long‑term durability, while the hermetically sealed, oil‑filled PSC motor delivers consistent cooling and superior heat dissipation during demanding pump cycles. Equipped with a non‑clogging engineered‑plastic vortex impeller, the Model 264 allows the free passage of 2‑inch spherical solids, minimizing clogging and ensuring reliable performance even in challenging sewage conditions. The Model 264 is available in both automatic and nonautomatic configurations. Automatic units include Zoeller’s proven snap‑action float system with a protective float guard, ensuring consistent switching even when debris is present. Nonautomatic versions do not include a float guard and can be configured with external piggyback floats (making them automatic) or a control panel—giving installers flexibility to tailor the on/off levels to system needs.
