Garrard County High School

Lancaster, Kentucky
Problem

The Garrard County High School field and facilities upgrade includes a new pump station designed to support the school’s growing needs. This project, developed in collaboration with the local engineering firm CMTA of Lexington, utilized Zoeller Engineered Products to provide an efficient and reliable wastewater management solution. The new pump station is positioned to handle all the wastewater from the football field’s restrooms, concessions, and related facilities, ensuring smooth operation during sporting events and other activities.

Solution

The installation features a 120”x207” pump station with a detached valve box, equipped with 6124 pumps capable of generating 196 gallons per minute (GPM). CKSM (Central Kentucky Sheet Metal) served as the installing contractor, bringing their expertise to ensure a seamless setup and integration of the system. With the combined efforts of CMTA Lexington and CKSM, this project highlights the commitment to providing state-of-the-art facilities for Garrard County High School, enhancing the overall experience for students, staff, and visitors.
