The 5041 series Turbine STEP (Septic Tank Effluent Pump) vaults are designed to pump filtered septic effluent from a solids environment such as a septic tank or dose tank. Applications such as cluster systems and drip irrigation systems will benefit from the use of STEP systems. Each Turbine STEP Vault includes a filter pack with a handle and space for up to two turbine pumps.

Applications such as cluster systems and drip irrigation systems will benefit from the use of STEP systems. Each Turbine STEP Vault includes a filter pack with a handle and space for up to two turbine pumps.
Product Details
Our Turbine STEP (Septic Tank Effluent Pump) Vault provides an economical means of adding a high head filtered pump chamber to an existing single compartment tank. The Turbine Step Vault eliminates the need to install a separate pump tank. It is often used on repair sites with space constraints. The 4″ turbine effluent pumps used in this vault typically produce higher pressure and less flow than our cast iron centrifugal pumps.
Each Turbine STEP Vault is designed for use in simplex or duplex pumping applications. It is ideal for cluster system pressure sewers or drip irrigation systems. With vault heights ranging from 51” to 120,” the Turbine STEP Vault can be customized for almost any project.
Each Turbine STEP Vault includes a filter pack with a handle and a pump chamber. The filter pack utilizes the deep pleated filter design of Zoeller’s WW1 effluent filter, providing 928 linear feet of filtration area and a flow rate of 7,000 GPD. The filters screen solids to 1/16.” The vault’s inlet can be installed at the factory or cut in the field by the installer.
