Lift Station Integration for New Manufacturing Plant in South Carolina

South Carolina
Problem

A new manufacturing facility in South Carolina required 6 robust lift station systems to manage process water and sewage wastewater. The solution needed to be:

  • Highly reliable
  • Easy to maintain
  • Capable of handling both process water and wastewater

While engineers play a critical role in system design, they may not always be familiar with specific product capabilities. Zoeller’s experienced representatives stepped in to collaborate with them, ensuring the system components were properly specified to meet the plant’s operational needs.

Solution

Project engineers worked with RepSouth, Zoeller’s representative company, to design and implement six lift stations across the facility. Zoeller was selected for its reputation for reliability and performance in wastewater management. The stations ranged from handling process water to sewage wastewater.
