A High School Addition in Illinois Needs HVAC Condensate Removal System

Problem
As part of an addition to a high school in Illinois, a new HVAC condensate removal system was required to support the expanded infrastructure. The system needed to be reliable, easy to maintain, and capable of handling the increased condensate load.
Solution
A local engineering company led the design of the new system. To ensure the best solution, they collaborated with our representative company in Illinois. Zoeller was selected to provide the condensate removal equipment due to its proven reliability and performance.
A Zoeller duplex HVAC condensate removal system was installed by local plumbing company, featuring:
- (2) Duplex J292 pumps for efficient condensate handling
- (1) Duplex control panel with a through-the-door disconnect for safe and convenient access
- (3) Float switches mounted on a removable float tree for simplified maintenance
- (1) Basin measuring 36” wide by 5’6” deep to accommodate system demands
Result
The condensate removal system is designed for long-term durability and ease of maintenance, ensuring reliable service for the High School for years to come.
