Product Details

The Zoeller® Z‑Rail® System is engineered to streamline pump installation and service in wastewater collection systems by providing a guided, automatic connection between the pump and discharge piping. Designed for use with sewage, effluent, and grinder pumps, the Z‑Rail® System allows pumps to be installed or removed without cutting piping or entering the basin.

Using dual guide rails (sold separately), the system ensures that the pump remains properly aligned as it is lowered into place. Once seated, the pump automatically connects to the discharge fitting, creating a secure seal that supports consistent operation. For maintenance or replacement, the pump can be lifted out using a stainless‑steel lifting cable (sold separately), minimizing downtime and improving service safety.

The Z‑Rail® System is commonly used in Zoeller preassembled package systems and lift station applications, where safe access and long‑term serviceability are critical. Available in multiple configurations to support different discharge orientations and pump types, the system integrates seamlessly with Zoeller pumps and basins.
