Zoeller® 519 and 522 condensate pumps provide reliable removal of HVAC condensate when gravity drainage is not available. Available in standard and low‑profile designs, these pumps offer flexible installation options, built‑in safety features, and dependable operation for residential and light commercial applications.

Product Details

Zoeller® 519 and 522 condensate pumps are engineered to safely and efficiently remove condensate from HVAC and refrigeration equipment in installations where gravity drainage is not possible. Designed for residential and light commercial applications, these pumps help protect buildings and equipment by transferring condensate to a suitable drain location.

The Model 519 offers a standard condensate pump design with four inlet options, making it well suited for a wide range of installations. The Model 522 features a low‑profile design, allowing it to fit into tight or shallow spaces where clearance is limited. Both models are rated to handle condensate temperatures up to 140°F (60°C) and deliver reliable lift performance to move condensate away from equipment.

Each pump includes a built‑in safety switch and check valve to help prevent overflow and backflow. When paired with optional in‑line or drip pan switches, the pumps can shut down HVAC equipment or alert users to potential blockage or overflow conditions.

Designed for easy installation and service, the 519 and 522 can be mounted on a wall and installed horizontally or vertically to suit confined spaces. With reliable float‑activated operation and 100% factory‑tested performance, Zoeller condensate pumps provide dependable protection and long‑term reliability in HVAC condensate removal applications.
