In order to encompass a wide range of applications and pump performance needs Zoeller has a lot of Pump model prefixes, these can be found on the product pages of all of our pumps. - M – Pump with 115V, 60 Hz, 1 Ph motor and automatic control switch
- N – Pump with 115V, 60 Hz, 1 Ph motor without control switch
- BN – Pump with 115V, 60 Hz, 1 Ph motor with single piggyback float switch
- D – Pump with 230V, 60 Hz, 1 Ph motor with automatic control switch
- E – Pump with 230V, 60 Hz, 1 Ph motor without control switch
- G – Pump with 460V, 60 Hz, 3 Ph motor without control switch
- EI – Pump with 200-230V, 60 Hz, 1 Ph motor without control switch
- WDH – Pump with 200-230V, 60 Hz, 1 Ph motor and factory wired-in float switch
50 & 90 Series Identification Tag
130, 140, 160, 180, 200, 400 & 800 Series Identification Tags
- Prefix letter indicates the operation, voltage, phase and hertz. If an “X” follows the prefix letter, it indicates an explosion proof pump.
- Designates pump model.
- Designates revisions to pump. The revision letter is required for ordering service parts.
- P/N – part number. Identifies all of the pump features. Required for ordering service parts.
- Identifies the month the pump was manufactured (MFG).
- Identifies the year the pump was manufactured (MFG).
- Signifies special construction features. Consult factory for ordering service parts.
- Voltage required for operation of the pump.
- Full load amperage of motor.
- Horsepower rating of pump motor.
- Current phase of motor. Single or three phase.
- Current frequency of motor. 50Hz or 60Hz.
- Revolutions per minute of motor.
- Canadian Standards Association certification file number.
- Motor overload protection included with pump. Indicated on switch case on 50 & 90
series pumps.
