This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Zoeller Company (Zoeller) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) on the www.zoeller.com website.

Herein, these websites are referred to collectively as the “Site.”  This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Zoeller Company including its divisions.  This Privacy Policy also governs how Zoeller handles other information gathered by Zoeller (“Zoeller Data Collection”).  For example, Zoeller collects information via registration for programs at our Center for Excellence, for promotional drawings, and for rewards programs for our customers and vendors.

  • By accessing the sites or by participating in Zoeller Data Collection, you consent to this privacy policy and Zoeller’s Terms & Conditions.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • You have the right to contact us to delete and to change your personal information. We note that some data cannot be changed or deleted without a loss of protections that you may be entitled to otherwise.  For example, we will not delete or change correct data related to warranty or sales information without voiding your warranty or prohibiting sale of products.  You may always change or delete your data that we use to contact you for advertising purposes.
  • We also seek to use third-party service provider that responsibility handle your data, that do not sell your data, and also allow you to delete or change your data. However, we are not responsible for third-party vendors that do so and urge you to review their terms.  A list of our third-party vendors is provided below.
  • Zoeller may change its privacy policy from time to time. You agree that you understand this, that you consent to the changes, and that it is your responsibility to review Zoeller’s privacy policy and Terms & Conditions periodically.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. International transfer of data

Zoeller is an international company.  As such, we have customers from inside and outside of the United States.  Personal data collected may be stored in the United States even if gathered outside of the United States.  If you reside outside of the United States, you may have additional rights related to your personal information.  By using this site, you consent to your storage of data in the United States, and agree to be bound by this policy and our Terms & Conditions to the full extent permitted under your national law.

Arbitration

Should a dispute under this policy or our Terms & Conditions arise, you agree to binding arbitration in Louisville, Kentucky without any consideration for conflicts of laws issues.

Zoeller Company has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page.
