Warranty:
12 months from date of installation or 18 months from date of manufacture. However the 12 month warranty is extended to 36 months with the purchase of an Aquanot® battery by Zoeller. Note: Three year limited warranty valid only when a complete system is purchased and used as a backup to a primary dewatering system. A complete system includes a Model 507 or 510 Basement Sentry™ and an Aquanot® battery. To validate the warranty, the warranty card (FM1679), included with a Basement Sentry™ pump, must be filled out and returned to factory
Battery Life:
The estimated life of a fully charged (175 minute reserve capacity) battery when the pump is operating continuously is approximately 7 ½ hours. Example – The model 510 at 10 ft. head will pump 1,296 GPH. Most backup systems require intermittent pump operation. All models will provide protection for extended periods of time dependent upon stop-start requirements. Note: The 510 offers extended backup protection if the regular primary sump pump fails.
Performance Data:
Pump performance is based on the use of a fully charged 12 Volt, (200 minute reserve capacity) for models 507 and 510, deep-cycle battery with no deficiency and less than two years old.
Aquanot® Battery:
-
Size 31 “Wet” P/N 10-0761 (69 lbs.), shipped via truckline only, 200 minute reserve capacity
-
Size 27 “AGM” P/N 10-1450 (66 lbs.), 175 minute reserve capacity
-
Minimum battery requirements: deep cycle, size 27, 175 minute reserve capacity
See FM1311 (Model 507), or FM1139 (Model 510) installation instructions.

Note: Total Dynamic Head/Flow chart based upon actual performance achieved with a 12 Volt deep-cycle battery. Some manufacturers publish performance data based upon DC Pump testing according to marine industry standards which can reflect a performance of 40% - 80% higher than actual battery powered performance.
Minimum pit size requirements: 18” diameter x 24” deep. For 18" x 22" applications, consult factory.
Shipping weight of complete system, Model 507 (18 lbs.) Model 510 (19 lbs.)
Note: Not recommended for installation with over 15 ft. total dynamic head for model 507, or 17 ft. for model 510.
